They had to issue me, 3 different temporary passwords before I could even login, once on there site,?,there is no direction, no assistance, no number to call that does not result in a spider web of automation. Pretty sure no one actually works there except an off shore IT team that keep the site running.

A more accurate name would be TerribleStreet. It is impossible to talk to a live person. They say that requests and applications will be processed within 24 hours. It has been 6 days and still no response to a request for DOT employment verification.

The Tenstreet system itself is fantastic but their customer service has plenty of room for improvement. You can expect a very, very, very slow response if you need assistance with a problem. There are times where my response to opening a help ticket has taken more than a week! I also have help tickets in which I have never received a final response, they just close the ticket with no answer for you.

You will not get anyone on the phone if you call. Every menu option just circles back to send an email. When you do send an email, all support answers just repeat the instructions already available on the app in the Support/FAQ. If your issue is something outside the scope of the FAQ, you are seriously SOL. Support is zero help. All they will do is just resend the premade instructions again from their first message.
